Contingency Recruitment


We offer 2 types of recruitment services: contingency recruitment service and fractional recruiter service. Continue reading to see which service may suit you better.
 

We are a full-service Vancouver recruitment agency.  That means we take care of the following steps so you will only need to interview the candidates that you like and pick your favourite. Fees are calculated as a percentage of the new hire's first year salary. Contingency recruitment is favoured by many companies because it's risk-free - there is no fee until a successful placement is  made.

Initial Consultation

We spend time to understand your company culture and your requirements for the position.

Job Marketing & Sourcing

We source the right talent through our carefully drafted job posting and network.

Interview & Shortlisting

We get to know the candidates beyond the resumes. The finalists are then presented to you for your selection.

Reference Checking

We're happy to take over this due dilligence for you if you wish.

Offer Presentation

Present the offer on your behalf to the candidate of your choice.

Fractional Recruiter

We work closely with your hiring managers or HR department as if we are part of your company but remain as hourly/part-time independent (contract) recruiters. This is the most flexible and cost effective hiring solution for growing companies that need to hire multiple positions within a relatively short time.  You have the flexibility to hire us for short-term or long-term.  Fees are based on an hourly rate.
