Contingency Recruitment
We are a full-service Vancouver recruitment agency. That means we take care of the following steps so you will only need to interview the candidates that you like and pick your favourite. Fees are calculated as a percentage of the new hire's first year salary (typically 15-25% with a 90 day guarantee). Contingency recruitment is favoured by many companies because it's risk-free - there is no fee until a successful placement is made.

Interview & Shortlisting

Fractional Recruiter
We work closely with your hiring managers or HR department as if we are part of your company but remain as hourly/part-time independent (contract) recruiters. This is the most flexible and cost effective hiring solution for growing companies that need to hire multiple positions within a relatively short time. You have the flexibility to hire us for short-term or long-term. We are able to perform full cycle recruitment or provide support at any point in the recruitment process. Fees are based on an hourly rate.
